Working with Studio Z

Colonial to Craftsman
proposed front elevation existing front

The owners of this small 1950s colonial house wanted to modernize and enlarge their home.

Working within a narrow lot, Studio Z Architecture proposed to add a 2-car garage, a covered porch, a dining room, two bedrooms, a master suite, and a two-story family room. The kitchen would also be relocated and enlarged. We proposed replacing the existing vinyl siding with cedar siding and shingles, to give the home a new craftsman-style look.
