Kerry Sutton, Assoc. AIA, is a project manager at Studio Z, bringing more than 30 years of design and construction documentation experience to the firm. He has a wealth of knowledge in multifamily and single-family residential design, commercial buildings, and supporting engineering and building systems. Kerry has served as a project manager for 15 years and has an established reputation in Southeast Michigan as a leader who cares about quality workmanship and design.
Several of Kerry’s projects have been featured on local home tours and in Detroit Business Monthly magazine. He first became interested in architecture in high school because he loved drawing, creating spaces, and studying the built environment.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Lawrence Technological University. In his free time, he enjoys building model railroads, traveling, choral music, and spending time with his family, including his grandchildren. He volunteers with Cass Community Services in Detroit and Big Beaver United Methodist Church in Troy.
